Engine underneath every product
Why this, why now

The supply problem is solved

Open records laws already force cities to publish payroll, assessments, permits, and more. Nobody has solved the usability problem sitting on top of it.

AI made it tractable

Reconciling inconsistent civic data at scale used to require a large in-house team per city. Modern AI models make that fast enough to run as a platform, not a custom project per customer.

The model is proven, not projected

Compensation Atlas and TaxAssessmentLab are shipped and live — this isn't a deck asking you to believe a hypothesis, it's a working engine asking you to help it scale.

Why this is defensible

The applications aren't the moat. The intelligence engine is.

Every new city plugs into the same connectors, knowledge graph, and prediction layer. Every new dataset enriches every city already connected. That means unit economics that improve with scale rather than a linear cost per city — the tenth city and dataset should be dramatically cheaper to add than the first two were.

The category

We're not entering a market. We're naming one.

Business intelligence, open data portals, and GovTech all leave the same gap open: turning already-public records into a connected, explainable answer for anyone who needs one. We call that Information Intelligence, and we intend to be the company that defines it.
