If something isn't loading, the fastest way to tell whether it's us or you is the status page — it reports, in real time, which apps are up.
There are two status pages, and they show the same source of truth:
If both show an app as operational but you still can't reach it, the issue is usually local — your network, a browser extension, or your sign-in session. Try a hard refresh, a different network, or signing out and back in.
"Operational" means the app is up and reachable. It does not guarantee that a source agency has published its very latest data. A feed can be perfectly operational while the city's own dataset is a few days behind — that's a data-currency question, not an outage. How current each feed is lives on Data & Sources and Data Accuracy & Sources.
Likewise, a figure that looks wrong is almost never an outage — see When a Figure Looks Wrong.
That's worth telling us. Reach out through Contact and include the app name, what you were doing, any error message, and your browser — that's enough to look into it quickly.
No. ALKARTIS is in public beta and doesn't publish an uptime guarantee or SLA yet. The full language is in our Terms of Service.
The app's status page and its public feed are generated on request, so they reflect the platform's state right now rather than a cached snapshot.
On the app's status page. When a real disruption happens, it's logged there with what broke, who it affected, and when it was resolved.
