Choosing the Right Plan

Four plan tiers, one simple question to answer first: how many products do you actually need, and how deep do you need to go on each?

The four tiers

Single Tool ($4.99/mo) gets you one product of your choice, with current data plus one year of history and standard search and filtering. It's the right starting point if you only ever need one tool — say, just CompensationAtlas.

Single Tool Plus ($9.99/mo) is the same single product, but with the full historical archive back to 2016, CSV exports, saved views, and alerts. If you need to export data or go back further than a year, this is the tier that unlocks it — the base Single Tool plan doesn't include exports.

3-Tool License ($24.99/mo) lets you pick any three of the five launch products, each at full depth — full archive, exports, saved views, and alerts on all three. This is the introductory beta price and may change.

All Access ($49/mo) covers all five launch products — CompensationAtlas, TaxAssessmentIQ, LandlordEye, BlockWatcher, and BuildSignal — at full depth, plus priority support. It's the plan for anyone using ALKARTIS across more than a few different questions.

A simple way to decide

If you only ever ask one kind of question — payroll, or property assessments — start with Single Tool or Single Tool Plus depending on whether you need exports or deep history. If you regularly move between two or three products, the 3-Tool License is usually the better value than paying for Single Tool Plus twice over. All Access makes sense once you're routinely using more than three.

Government and enterprise needs

Larger organizations — API access to the Intelligence Engine, additional cities, team seats, or SSO — are handled through a custom annual contract rather than one of the four self-serve tiers. See Enterprise for the full breakdown, or reach out through Contact to talk it through.

This guide covers picking a plan for yourself — see For Individuals for the shorter version.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans later?

Yes — see Upgrading or Changing Your Plan.

Is ListingIQ included in these tiers?

No — ListingIQ is priced separately, per report, rather than as part of the subscription tiers. See the ListingIQ page for details.

Will beta pricing change?

Likely, as the product set matures. Anyone already on a paid plan gets advance notice before any change.
